So many angry comments here defending Huberman.. While no one can argue against the positive impacts he has made as a scientist and I am also personally a big fan of his podcast, this NY mag piece is not about his work, it is more so about his moral compass in relationships. It highlights a pattern of deceitful behaviors and irresponsible actions, which is quite telling of a person’s relational values towards women. We can continue to appreciate Huberman’s work, but still understand that, just like many other problematic figures in history (e.g. Steve Jobs, Elvis Presley, Alfred Hitchcock, Coco Chanel), Huberman might also be a questionable role model for impressionable young people.

I have found Andrew Huberman's work to be of immense help for my health and wellbeing and feel grateful to have available to me the enormous volume of free information which he has skilfully distilled for us, complete with a great searchable website, all completely free.
